Antique Acres is a private organization whose members own, preserve and display working examples of antique threshing, steam, plowing and saw milling machinery. Antique Acres was incorporated in 1964 to purchase eighty acres of land to organize what has become an annual "Old Time Power Show," held in August of each year on this site.
The Antique Acres collection includes a 140-horsepower Reeves steam plow (one of the largest traction engines ever built), a 1916 Townsend tractor, a 1918 Moline Universal tractor and a 400 horsepower Murrey Corliss steam engine, built in Waterloo. A museum on the grounds features a large collection of old farm machinery, including items more than 100 years old.
